头颈部肿瘤病人经济毒性指数问卷的汉化及信效度检验

Chinesization and reliability and validity test of the Financial Index of Toxicity Questionnaire for patients with head and neck cancer

目的:对经济毒性指数问卷(FIT)进行汉化并检验其在头颈部肿瘤病人中的信度和效度。方法:采用Brislin翻译模式对FIT进行翻译、回译、文化调适及预调查,并通过专家咨询和选取成都市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院152例头颈部肿瘤病人进行问卷调查以检验问卷信效度。结果:中文版FIT分为3个维度,共9个条目,其内部一致性Cronbach'sα系数为0.896,重测信度为0.783(P<0.05),量表水平的内容效度指数为0.830,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.822~1.000,探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计解释方差贡献率为77.858%。结论:中文版FIT在我国头颈部肿瘤病人中有良好信度和效度,可作为头颈部肿瘤病人经济毒性风险评估工具。

Objective:To translate Financial Index of Toxicity Questionnaire(FIT)into Chinese,and test its reliability and validity in patients with head and neck cancer.Methods:The Brislin translation model was used to translated,back⁃translated,culturally debugged and pre⁃investigation for FIT.Expert consultation was conducted,and 152 patients with head and neck cancer from a tertiary grade A hospital in Chengdu was selected to conduct a questionnaire survey to test reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results:The Chinese version of FIT included 3 dimensions,with a total of 9 items.Its internal consistency Cronbach'sαwas 0.896,the retest reliability was 0.783(P<0.05),the scale⁃level CVI was 0.830,and the item⁃level CVI ranged from 0.822 to 1.000.A total of 3 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative explained variance contribution rate was 77.858%.Conclusions:The Chinese version of FIT has good reliability and validity in patients with head and neck cancer in China,and can be used as a tool for assessing the risk of economic toxicity in patients with head and neck cancer.
