摘要
小面元红外探测器具有成本低、体积轻、功耗小等优势,更利于红外整机实现工程指标提升,对于进一步推广红外行业低成本量产的发展十分有帮助。未来,小面元探测器如何在红外整机中应用是持续关注的重点,本文将针对小面元探测器在红外整机应用中的关键技术进行整机实验和数据仿真,为后续的工程化应用提供思路。
Small surface element infrared detector has the advantages of low cost,small volume and low power consumption,which is more conducive to the improvement of engineering indicators of the infrared machine,and is very helpful to further promote the development of low-cost mass production in the infrared industry.In the future,how to apply the small surface element detector in the infrared machine is the focus of continuous attention.In this paper,whole machine experiments and data simulation for the key technology of small surface element detector in infrared whole machine application are conducted to provide ideas for subsequent engineering applications.
