共建“一带一路”作为当今世界上规模最大的跨区域合作平台,是推动构建人类命运共同体的伟大实践和重要路径。共建“一带一路”倡议提出十年来,取得了许多的积极成果,也积累了丰富的经验启示。总结历史,立足现实,推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展,要继续以政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通为重点,构筑“一带一路”区域合作新格局:即深化政策沟通,夯实共建“一带一路”的政治基础;加快设施联通,夯实共建“一带一路”的物质基础;推动贸易畅通,夯实共建“一带一路”的利益基础;促进资金融通,夯实共建“一带一路”的金融基础;增进民心相通,夯实共建“一带一路”的民意基础。展望未来,推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展,要以打造和平之路、繁荣之路、开放之路、绿色之路、创新之路、文明之路、廉洁之路为目标,开拓“一带一路”未来发展新前景:即把“一带一路”建成和平之路,让人民共享“稳定红利”;把“一带一路”建成繁荣之路,让人民共享“发展红利”;把“一带一路”建成开放之路,让人民共享“全球化红利”;把“一带一路”建成绿色之路,让人民共享“生态红利”;把“一带一路”建成创新之路,让人民共享“科技红利”;把“一带一路”建成文明之路,让人民共享“人文红利”;把“一带一路”建成廉洁之路,让人民共享“反腐红利”。与此同时,纷繁复杂的国际经济政治形势促使共建“一带一路”存在很多不稳定不确定性因素,我们必须理性认识和应对共建“一带一路”过程中面临的地缘政治、国家政局动荡、地区安全、经济、法律等方面的风险和挑战。惟其如此,方能不断推动共建“一带一路”沿着高质量发展轨道迈进,推动构建人类命运共同体走深走实、行稳致远。

As the world’s largest cross-regional cooperation platform,the co-construction of the Belt and Road is a great practice and an important path to promote the building a human community with a shared future.Since the co-construction of the Belt and Road was put forward ten years ago,it has achieved many positive results and accumulated rich experience and enlightenment.Summarizing history,basing on reality,and promoting the high-quality development of the co-construction of the Belt and Road,we should continue to focus on policy communication,facilities connectivity,unimpeded trade,financial integration,and people-to-people ties to creata a new pattern of regional cooperation along the Belt and Road Initiative.In other words,we should intensify policy communication and consolidate the political foundation of the co-construction of the Belt and Road,accelerate facility connectivity and consolidate the material basis of the co-construction of the Belt and Road,promote unimpeded trade and consolidate the interest basis of the co-construction of the Belt and Road,promote financial integration and consolidate the financial foundation of the co-construction of the Belt and Road,enhance people-to-people ties and consolidate the public opinion foundation of the co-construction of the Belt and Road.Looking forward to the future,to promote the high-quality development of the co-construction of the Belt and Road,we should aim at building a road of peace,prosperity,openness,greenness,innovation,civilization and integrity,so as to open up new prospects for the future development of the co-construction of the Belt and Road:that is,we need to build the Belt and Road into a road of peace,so that the people can share the“stable bonus”,build the Belt and Road into a road of prosperity,so that the people can share the“development dividend”,build the Belt and Road into an open road,so that the people can share the“globalization bonus”,build the Belt and Road into a green road,so that the people can share the“eco-bonus”,build the Belt and Road into an innovation road,so that the people can share the“science and technology bonus”,build the Belt and Road into a civilized road,so that the people can share the“humanistic bonus”,build the Belt and Road into a clean road,so that the people can share the“anti-corruption bonus”.At the same time,the complicated international economic and political situation makes many unstable and uncertain factors of the co-construction of the Belt and Road.Therefore,we must rationally understand and deal with the risks and challenges of geopolitics,national political turmoil,regional security,economy and law in the process of the co-construction of the Belt and Road.Only in this way can we continue to promote the co-construction of the Belt and Road along the track of high-quality development,and promote the building a human community with a shared future to go deep,practical,steady and far.
