摘要
随着科技的飞速发展,人工智能正在逐步成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分,其中聊天机器人软件ChatGPT在人工智能领域占据着重要的地位。笔者分析了ChatGPT的基本技术原理;展望了ChatGPT在客户服务、教育、医疗及创作辅助工具等方面的应用,并对其存在的潜在问题进行了探究。
With the rapid development of science and technology,artificial intelligence is gradually becoming an indispensable part of our lives,among which ChatGPT,chat robot software,occupies an important position in the field of artificial intelligence.The author analyzed the basic technical principle of ChatGPT,looked forward to its application in customer service,education,medical care and creative auxiliary tools,and explored its potential problems.
