摘要
为鉴定筛选出优异的高粱品系,培育我国高粱新优品种,以内杂5为对照,NYJ26-9、HW63-21、HU29-3、AT优-8、HW25-6等13个高粱品系为材料,对其农艺性状进行比较。结果表明:THT92生育期最长,达118 d,较CK多3 d,NYJ26-9生育期最短,为112 d,较CK少3 d;HU29-3产量最高,穗粒重为94.70 g,高于CK 7.40 g,AT优-8产量最低,穗粒重为85.70 g,低于CK 1.60 g,均与CK差异显著;NYJ26-9株高最高,达182.33 cm,HU29-3株高最矮,为152.00 cm;千粒重以LE1-20最高,为31.42 g,较CK高1.67 g,AT优-8最低,为25.92 g,较CK低3.83 g;LE1-20主成分综合排名第1,主成分综合得分为0.621 5,AT优-8综合排名第13,主成分综合得分为0.122 6;LE1-20品系在试验中综合表现最好,产量较高,较适应试验地环境,可作为高粱新品系在通辽地区进行扩大种植和示范推广。
In order to identify and screen out excellent tolerant Sorghum strain and breed the improved new vari⁃ety of Chinese Sorghum,13 Sorghum strains including NYJ26-9,HW63-21,HU29-3,AT Excellent-8,HW25-6,etc,were taken as the materials and Neiza5 was used as the control to compare their agronomic characters.The results showed that THT92 had the longest growth period,up to 118 days,which was 3 days longer than CK,and NYJ26-9 had the shortest growth period,112 days,which was 3 days shorter than CK;HU29-3 had the high⁃est yield with grain weight per ear of 94.70 g,which was 7.40 g higher than CK,and AT Excellent-8 had the low⁃est yield with grain weight per ear of 85.70 g,which was 1.60 g less than CK,and both of them had significant difference with CK;The plant height of NYJ26-9 reached up to 182.33 cm,and the plant height of HU29-3 was only 152.00 cm.The thousand kernel weight of LE1-20 was 31.42 g,which was the highest and 1.67 g more than CK,and the thousand kernel weight of AT Excellent-8 was 25.92 g,which was the lowest and 3.83 g less than CK;The principal component of LE1-20 ranked first and had a comprehensive score of 0.6215.The princi⁃pal component of AT Excellent-8 ranked 13th and had a comprehensive score of 0.1226;LE1-20 showed the best comprehensive performance with high yield and better adattation to the environment of test field.It can be used as a new Sorghum strain for large-scale planting,demonstration and promotion in Tongliao City.
