摘要
目的:探讨髋关节置换术后患者引入力学理论干预对改善压力性损伤的效果。方法:选择2020年4月至2022年4月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院收治的行髋关节置换术患者106例,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。行常规治疗的53例患者为对照组,在对照组基础上引入力学理论干预的53例患者为试验组。对比2组压力性损伤发生率、压力性损伤发生风险、干预前后髋关节功能、生活质量变化。结果:试验组压力性损伤发生率及压力性损伤发生风险明显低于对照组,试验组干预3个月后髋关节功能各维度评分及总分明显高于对照组,试验组干预3个月后生活质量各维度评分及总分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:髋关节置换术后患者干预中引入力学理论可有效降低压力性损伤发生率,改善髋关节功能及生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of introducing mechanical theory intervention on improving stress injury of patients after hip replacement.Methods:A total of 106 patients with hip arthroplasty admitted to Gulou Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected,and the clinical data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively.Fifty-three patients who received routine treatment were taken as a control group,and 53 patients who introduced mechanical theory intervention on the basis of the control group were taken as a test group.The incidence and risk of stress injury,changes in hip function and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The incidence rate and risk of stress injury in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the scores of all dimensions and total clarity of hip function in the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the scores of all dimensions and total scores of quality of life in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of mechanical theory intervention for patients after hip replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of stress injury and improve hip function and quality of life.
