摘要
文中采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定32个脱水蔬菜样本中铅、砷、汞、铬等重金属元素含量。结合目前国家标准中关于新鲜蔬菜重金属含量的限量,探讨出一种方便、快捷、科学地确定脱水蔬菜中重金属含量的方法。
Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the contents of heavy metals such as lead,arsenic,mercury and chromium in 32 dehydrated vegetable samples.Combined with the current national standard on the limit of heavy metal content of fresh vegetables,a convenient,fast and scientific determination of heavy metal content in dehydrated vegetables was explored.
