Zhu De's Thought of Adapting to Local Conditionsin Regional Industrial Development Practice--Based on Zhu De's Research from 1949 to 1976

为探索中国区域产业发展之道,1949-1976年朱德前往全国各地开展了大量的系统研究,并提出区域产业发展实践要坚持因地制宜的观点。朱德认为区域产业的发展需要立足区域的自然和社会区位条件,明确发展方向;立足区域的区位优势,形成区域产业特色;同时,要通过制度机制改革和区域贸易,实现区域产业的再生产。

In order to explore the way of regional industry development in China,Zhu De went to all over the country to carry out a lot of systematic research from 1949 to 1976,and put forward the idea that regional industry development practice should adhere to suiting measures to local conditions.Zhu De thinks that the development of regional industry should be based on the natural and social location conditions of the region,and make clear the development direction of regional industry.Based on regional location advantage,we should form the characteristic advantage of regional industry,and at the same time,we should realize the regional industrial reproduction through institutional reform and regional trade.
