摘要
文章选取12个影响就业质量水平的指标,运用主成分分析法建立综合评价模型,结合2019年度官方统计年鉴数据,对中国30个省、市、自治区的就业质量水平进行定量分析和综合评价。研究发现,中国的就业质量水平在地域间差异明显,受到多种因素影响,包括但不限于经济发展、产业结构、教育水平、公共服务、社会保障及劳动关系等。政府应深化区域协调发展战略,加强对中西部地区的就业扶持力度,并将就业服务作为公共服务均等化加以突出,以促进高就业质量的实现。
Based on the official yearbook data of 2019,by means of principal component analysis,the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model with 12 indicators affecting the level of employment quality and makes a quantitative analysis and a comprehensive evaluation of the employment quality in the 30 provinces,municipals,and autonomous regions in China.The results show that the level of employment quality in China varies significantly among regions,which is influenced by multiple factors,including but not limited to economic development,industrial structure,education level,public services,social security,labor relations,etc.The government is expected to deepen the strategy of coordinated regional development,strengthen support for employment in the central and western regions,and highlight employment services as equalization of public services,so as to promote the achievement of high-quality employment.
