对河北省社会保险档案数字化建设的现状进行分析,发现目前河北省社会保险档案数字化建设在制度标准、资金投入及人才队伍方面存在一些困境。从推进制度精细化发展、完善硬件设施建设、加强电子档案管理以及引进高素质专业人才等方面提出了相应的完善措施。

The analysis of the current situation of the digitization of social security files in Hebei Province finds that there exist some problems in terms of system standards,financial investment and human resources.Some measures for improvement are suggested,such as promoting the development of a refined system,improving the construction of hardware facilities,strengthening the management of electronic files,and introducing high-quality professionals.
