摘要
随着装配式建筑的推广,混凝土叠合楼板、钢筋桁架楼承板在建筑工程中得到应用,但应用过程中存在一定的不足。在此基础上,提出了一种新型楼承板——装配式IRF楼承板(钢筋桁架预制模壳楼承板),并从全产业链的角度,介绍了该项技术从研发、设计到生产、安装等方面的研究工作,提出了一种新型楼承板的研究方法,包括依据不同工况的控制参数选取、材料选型与配比、施工阶段设计、使用阶段设计等方面,并从构件生产、现场安装等方面验证了研究方法。钢筋桁架预制模壳楼承板采用工业化方式生产,具有标准化程度高、生产效率高、构件重量轻、施工支撑少等特点,兼具装配式建造工艺和现浇混凝土结构的优势。
With the promotion of prefabricated buildings,concrete composite floor slabs and steel truss floor bearing plates have been applied in construction engineering,but there are certain deficiencies in the application process.On this basis,this paper proposes a new type of floor bearing plate,namely fabricated IRF floor bearing plate(reinforced truss prefabricated shell floor bearing plate),and introduces the research work of this technology from research and development,design,production,installation and other aspects from the perspective of the entire industrial chain,and proposes a new type of floor bearing plate research method,including the selection of control parameters according to different working conditions,material selection and proportion,construction stage design,service stage design.The research method is verified from the aspects of component production and on-site installation.The reinforced truss prefabricated shell floor bearing plate is produced in an industrial way,which has the characteristics of high standardization,high production efficiency,light component weight,less construction support,and has the advantages of both prefabricated construction technology and cast-in-place concrete structure.
