摘要
以圆柱滚子接触平面滚道为研究对象,利用有限长线接触算法计算了不同修形方式影响下的滚子接触应力。首先给出了4种圆柱滚子的修形公式,然后建立了有限长线接触应力分析模型,通过实例计算,对比分析了受载后圆柱滚子接触应力的分布情况。结果表明:有限长线接触应力分析模型能够很好应用于弹性接触问题的数值计算,特别是应用于滚子修形条件下的应力分析;给滚子施加一定的载荷后,直母线滚子在端部出现了严重的应力集中现象,极易引起轴承材料的疲劳破坏,其他修形方式均存在不同程度的应力分布缺陷;只有对数修形滚子在长度方向上应力均匀分布,没有出现应力集中点,充分利用了滚子的有效长度,是最有利于承载的修形滚子。
Taking the cylindrical roller contact plane raceway as the research object,this paper calculates the roller contact stress under the influence of different modification methods by using the finite length line contact algorithm.Firstly,four kinds of modification formulas of cylindrical rollers are given,and then the finite length line contact stress analysis model is established.Through example calculation,the distribution of contact stress of cylindrical rollers after loading is compared and analyzed.The results show that the finite length line contact stress analysis model can be well applied to the numerical calculation of elastic contact problems,especially to the stress analysis under the condition of roller modification.After a certain load is applied to the roller,the straight bus roller appears serious stress concentration at the end,which easily leads to the fatigue damage of bearing materials.Other modification methods all have different degrees of stress distribution defects,only logarithmic modification rollers have uniform stress distribution in the length direction,and there is no stress concentration point,which makes full use of the effective length of the roller and is the most favorable modification roller for bearing.
