摘要
为解决隧道混凝土在现有常规养护方法下养护不到位,引起的混凝土强度、耐久性等性能达不到相关验收要求,以至于出现养护裂纹、强度不够等问题,研发了一种封闭式二衬混凝土恒温恒湿养护新工艺,研制了一种恒温恒湿养护的数字化养护台车,并实际运用到隧道进行试验验证。其通过薄膜密封系统与隧道内壁形成密闭养护空间,再通过恒温恒湿控制系统自动控制雾化系统在密闭养护空间内进行恒温恒湿养护。与传统养护台车相比,在温湿度自动控制、养护数据检测及采集等方面有大幅提升和改进。
In order to solve the problems of inadequate maintenance of tunnel concrete under existing conventional maintenance methods,such as concrete strength and durability failing to meet relevant acceptance requirements,resulting in curing cracks and insufficient strength,a new closed technology for constant temperature and humidity maintenance of secondary lining concrete was developed,and a digital maintenance trolley for constant temperature and humidity maintenance was developed,which was actually applied to tunnels for experimental verification.It forms a closed curing space with the inner wall of the tunnel through a membrane sealing system,and then automatically controls the atomization system through a constant temperature and humidity control system to perform constant temperature and humidity curing in the closed curing space.Compared with traditional maintenance trolleys,there are significant improvements in temperature and humidity automatic control,maintenance data detection and collection.
