客货共线连续梁梁端轨枕支承间距取值研究

摘要 客货共线铁路在我国的铁路网建设中占有很大的比例,随着西部地区的建设,客货共线铁路在建里程逐年递长。通过对客货共线铁路在梁缝处的扣件支承间距进行研究,计算得到不同扣件支承间距下的钢轨垂向挠度、横向位移、钢轨的轨头/轨底应力、钢轨出现断缝时的弹性挤开量等,并建立了动力学仿真分析模型,对梁端不同扣件支承间距下的列车运行平顺性和稳定性进行评估。通过对不同参数进行研究,分析得到扣件的支承间距不大于700 mm时,可保证各项指标不超过规范的最大允许值,且在列车运行过程中保证乘客的舒适性和运行的安全性。 Passenger and freight railways account for a large proportion in China's railway network construction.With the construction of the western development,the mileage of passenger and freight railways under construction is increasing year by year.By studying the fastener support spacing at the beam seam of the passenger and freight railways,the vertical deflection and lateral displacement of the rail under different fastener support spacing,the rail head or rail bottom stress,and the amount of elastic squeezing at the time of rail breakage,etc.,are calculated.A dynamic simulation analysis model is established to evaluate the smoothness and stability of train operation under different fastener support spacings at beam ends.Through the study of different parameters,it is analyzed that the maximum supporting distance of the fastener is 700 mm,which can ensure that the various indicators do not exceed the maximum limit of the specification,and ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during the train operation.
