摘要
为解决重载铁路桥梁损毁后的快速抢修架设问题,研究了重载铁路抢修梁快速架设装备方案。比较了现有桥梁抢修器材的架设方法与战术指标,分析用于重载铁路桥梁抢修的适用性;介绍了重载铁路抢修梁快速架设装备的性能参数及组成单元,并对各单元的构成部件进行说明;论述了重载铁路抢修梁快速架设装备的架梁步骤。研究的装备具有专业化、一体化、机械化、自动化、智能化等特点,可实现一孔32 m及以下跨度的重载铁路抢修钢梁在6 h内完成架设,并具备通车条件。该研究成果极大提高了我国重载铁路桥梁快速抢修的技术水平,具有很大的应用价值。
The repair beam erecting equipment for heavy-haul railway is studied to solve the problem of rapid repair and erection of heavy-haul railway bridges after damage.In this paper,the erection methods and tactical indicators of the existing bridge repair equipment are compared,and the applicability of heavy-haul railway bridge repair is analyzed firstly;secondly,the performance parameters and components of the equipment are introduced,and the components of each unit are described;lastly,the beam erection steps of rapid erection equipment for heavy-haul railway repair beam are discussed.The equipment is characterized by specialization,integration,mechanization,automation and intelligence,and the emergency repair steel beam with a span of 32 m and below can be completed within 6 hours,and the train can across repair beam.The research results greatly improve the technical level of rapid repair of domestic heavy-haul railway bridges and have great application value.
