义阳大桥斜拉索施工技术研究

摘要 义阳大桥主桥为(105+140)m独塔单索面斜拉桥,采用“义”字形索塔。全桥共19根斜拉索,采用1670 MPa、?7 mm平行钢丝斜拉索,最大索长145.96 m,最大索重9.27 t。为了解决索塔造型独特、塔内空间狭小、拉索重量大、导管与锚头间隙小等施工难题,对施工工艺进行优化,合理配置安装机具设备。确定采用“先塔后梁”、塔端软牵引、梁端软硬组合牵引压锚的挂索工艺;斜拉索安装过程中,配置塔顶门吊、施工挂篮、牵引及张拉系统等设备设施,桥梁斜拉索施工最终顺利完成且缩短了施工工期,可以为同类工程施工提供一定的参考和经验。 The main bridge of Yiyang Bridge is(105+140)m single tower and single cable plane cable-stayed bridge,using“Yi”shaped cable tower.There are 19 stay cables in the whole bridge,which use 1670 MPa and 7 mm diameter parallel steel wire stay cables.The maximum cable length is 145.96 m and the maximum cable weight is 9.27 t.In order to solve the construction problems such as the unique modelling of the cable tower,the narrow space in the tower,the large weight of the cable,and the small gap between the conduit and the anchor head,the construction process is optimized and the installation tools and equipment are reasonably configured.The cable technology of“tower before beam”,soft traction at tower end and combination of soft and hard traction at beam end is determined.During the installation of the stay cable,the equipment and facilities such as tower top door crane,construction hanging basket,traction and tension system are configured.The construction of the cable of the bridge is successfully completed and the construction period is shortened,which can provide certain reference and experience for the construction of similar projects.
