摘要
波形钢腹板PC连续箱梁桥能够将钢、混凝土两种材料有效结合,是一种经济、合理、高效的新型结构形式。但波形钢腹板PC连续箱梁桥不同于普通预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥,其病害原因需进行专门分析并采取针对性措施。以某高速公路一联(70+11×120+70)m波形钢腹板PC连续箱梁桥为例,结合支座纵向预偏量设置、桥梁结构类型、环境温度及桥面线形进行支座偏位原因分析,改进支座设计。基于现场情况并考虑施工条件制定更换方案,通过方案比选确定最优方案并组织实施,同时加强过程监测,保证施工安全和桥梁结构安全。盆式橡胶支座更换完成后的验收结果满足规范要求,其分析思路及更换技术可为类似桥梁结构的支座更换提供借鉴。
PC continuous box beam bridge with corrugated steel webs can combine steel and concrete effectively,which is an economic,reasonable and efficient new structural style.However,PC continuous box beam bridge with corrugated steel webs is different from ordinary prestressed concrete continuous box beam bridge,and its disease causes need to be analyzed specially and effective measures should be taken.The article connects with a certain expressway(70+11×120+70)m corrugated steel web PC continuous box beam bridge as an example,analyzes the causes of bridge bearing offset with the longitudinal pre-bias setting of bridge bearing,bridge structure type,environmental temperature and bridge linear shape,and improves the bridge bearing design.Based on the site conditions and considering the construction conditions,the replacement scheme is formulated,the optimal scheme is enforced through scheme comparison,meanwhile,process monitoring is strengthened to ensure construction safety and bridge structure safety.The acceptance results after the replacement of basin type rubber support meet the requirements of the specification,and its analysis ideas and replacement technology can provide reference for the bridge bearing replacement of similar bridge structures.
