摘要
腹板嵌入式组合梁交界面上的滑移以及滑移对刚度影响与普通组合梁有很大不同,通过建立嵌入式组合梁的滑移微分方程推导出三种不同荷载状态下的滑移计算公式,进而通过曲率关系得出考虑滑移影响的挠度变形计算公式.在试验的基础上建立ANSYS有限元模型,通过试验结果与有限元结果对两点加载条件下理论公式进行验证.结果表明,建立的滑移与变形理论公式可以用来计算腹板嵌入式组合梁的变形性能;槽钉连接件的连接抗剪刚度相对较大,可不考虑滑移效应对挠度的影响.
The slip on the interface of web-embedded composite beam and its influence on the stiffness are very different from those of ordinary composite beam.The slip calculation formulas under three different load conditions are derived by establishing the slip differential equation of web-embedded composite beam.The deflection deformation calculation formula which considers the effect of slip is obtained by the curvature relationship.The ANSYS finite element model is established on the basis of experiment,and the theoretical formula under two-point loading condition is verified by the test results and the finite element results.The results show that the theoretical formula can be used to calculate the deformation performance of web-embedded composite beam.The shear stiffness of the slotted nail connectors is relatively large,so the influence of slip effect on deflection can be ignored.
