外源硫酸锌对糯玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘要 【目的】探索外源硫酸锌对糯玉米种子萌发和生长的影响。【方法】用不同浓度的外源硫酸锌处理糯玉米品种津糯111种子,测定其萌发能力及幼苗生长。【结果】0.25 g/L硫酸锌能显著提高糯玉米的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、幼苗干重和幼苗高度;0.65 g/L硫酸锌处理会显著降低糯玉米根长、根直径和根体积,1.05 g/L硫酸锌浸种会显著降低糯玉米根干重。0.25 g/L硫酸锌处理下糯玉米根长、根直径、根体积、根干重低于对照,但差异不显著。【结论】在糯玉米播种中添加0.25 g/L外源硫酸锌可促进糯玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长。 【Objective】Exploration analyzed the effect of exogenous zinc sulfate on seed germination and growth of waxy maize.【Method】In this study,the waxy maize variety Jinnuo 111 was used as the experimental material to reveal the effects of different concentrations of exogenous zinc sulfate on the seed germination ability and seedling root growth of waxy maize.【Result】0.25 g/L zinc sulfate could significantly increase the germination rate,germination potential,vigor index,seedling dry weight and seedling height of waxy corn.0.65 g/L zinc sulfate treatment could significantly reduce root length,root diameter and root volume of waxy corn,and 1.05 g/L zinc sulfate immersion could significantly reduce root dry weight of waxy corn.In addition,the root length,root diameter,root volume and root dry weight of waxy maize under 0.25 g/L zinc sulfate treatment were lower than those in the control group,but the d ifferences were not significant.【Conclusion】Adding in glutions corn sowing exogenous zinc sulfate treatment of 0.25 g/L promoted seed germination and seedling growth of waxy maize.
