摘要
太阳镜已成为很多消费者的日常标配。从现有的太阳镜产品相关的国家标准、行业标准和团体标准中的光学性能、耐久性能、有害物质3个维度全面系统地分析了太阳镜的技术要求,总结了镜片顶焦度、棱镜度、透射比、紫外光谱波段的透射比、抗冲击性能、耐高温盐水腐蚀性、镍析出7项关键性指标及相应的检测要求,旨在为制定新的产品质量标准提供参考,为评价产品质量提供依据。
Sunglasses have become the daily standard accessories of many consumers.In combination with relevant national,industrial and group,standards,we comprehensively and systematically studied the technical requirements of sunglasses from the three dimensions of optical performance,durability and harmful substances,and extracted seven key indicators and corresponding required detection methods,including lens vetex power,prismatic power,transmittance,transmittance of ultraviolet spectral band,impact resistance,corrosion resistance to high temperature and nickel release.It is expected to serve as the basis for formulating product quality standards and evaluating product quality.
