摘要
档案局、馆分设是我国档案事业管理体制改革与发展中的一件大事,对我国档案事业的发展产生了重大影响。文章论述了机构改革背景下档案馆的发展方向,提出档案馆应重塑自己的社会形象,树立科学文化事业机构、科学研究机构、文化休闲机构和文化生产机构等角色意识,产出更多高质量的文化产品和研究成果,提升档案馆的社会影响力和美誉度。
The division of archives bureaus and archives is an important event in the reform and development of China's archives management system,and it has brought significant influence to China's archival undertakings.This paper discusses the development direction of archives under the background of institutional reform,suggests that archives should reshape their social image,establish role senses as scientific and cultural institutions,scientific research institutions,cultural leisure institutions and cultural production institutions,in order to produce more high-quality cultural products and research results,and enhance the social influence and reputation of archives.
