摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水(68∶32)为流动相,使用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在280 nm波长下对联苯肼酯和腈吡螨酯进行分离和分析。结果表明,腈吡螨酯、联苯肼酯的线性相关系数分别为1.0000和0.9998,标准偏差为0.10和0.14,变异系数为0.50%和0.48%,平均回收率为100.98%和100.67%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of cyenopyrafen and bifenazate 50%SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,Eclipse XDB-C18 column and PAD at 280 nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 1.0000 and 0.9998,the standard deviations of 0.10 and 0.14,the variation coefficients of 0.50%and 0.48%,and the average recoveries of 100.98%and 100.67%were obtained for cyenopyrafen and bifenazate,respectively.
