通才1860m^(3)高炉风口鼓风均匀性仿真研究

摘要 文章提出一种能够准确评估高炉风口鼓风均匀性的方法,并以通才公司1860 m 3高炉的热风围管、热风支管、直吹管和风口小套为研究对象,采用CFD仿真研究方法,对高炉风口鼓风均匀性进行计算评估,根据评估结果对高炉风口参数进行针对性调节。结果表明,高炉风口尺寸相同时风口鼓风均匀率为95.69%,调节风口参数后风口鼓风均匀率可提高1.12个百分点,很大程度上改善了高炉风口鼓风均匀性。 A method that can accurately evaluate the uniformity of blast furnace hot air distribution is proposed.In addition,taking the hot blast surrounding pipe,hot blast branch pipe,straight blowing pipe and tuyere of a company's 1860 m 3 blast furnace as the research object,the CFD simulation research method is used to calculate and evaluate the uniformity of the blast furnace hot blast distribution,and the blast furnace tuyere parameters are calculated according to the evaluation results.Adjustment.The results show that when the blast furnace tuyere size is the same,the hot air distribution uniformity rate is 95.69%.After adjusting the tuyere parameters,the hot air distribution rate can be increased by 1.12 percentage points,which greatly improves the blast furnace hot air distribution uniformity.
