不同钢材和耐材在转炉烟道内的应用性能对比分析

摘要 针对实际工况下转炉汽化冷却烟道内钢材和耐火材料的应用性能开展现场实验,从钢材的抗氧化性、耐火材料的热震稳定性两个角度,分析对比两种常用钢材及两种常用耐火材料经若干炉冶炼后的应用情况。同时以汽化冷却烟道中二段为研究范围,建立物理模型,通过流体仿真计算,分析含尘烟气对烟道表面的冲蚀磨损情况,为转炉烟道材质的选择、设计提供有力的数据和理论支持。 In the paper,experiments are carried out on the application performance of steel and refractory materials in converter vaporization cooling flue under actual working conditions.From the perspectives of the oxidation resistance of steel and the thermal shock stability of refractory materials,the performance of two common steels and two common refractories after several furnace smelting processes is analyzed and compared.At the same time,a physical model is established with the second section of the vaporization cooling flue as the research scope.Through computational fluid dynamics simulation,the erosion and wear of the flue surface by the dust-laden flue gas is analyzed to provide powerful data and theoretical support for the design and material selection of the converter flue.
