摘要
文章在传统PID焦炉炉温控制的基础上,针对该控制过程中存在的问题对控制方式进行改进,提出温度与煤气流量控制构成串级PID控制系统,并应用于实际。试验焦炉温度控制效果表明,该控制方法能够适应外界因素对温度的干扰,控制效果较好,具有较强的鲁棒性。
On the basis of traditional PID control of coke oven temperature,aiming at the problems existing in the control process and improving its control mode,the paper puts forward a cascade PID control system of temperature and gas flow,and applies it to practice.The experimental results of coke oven temperature control show that the control method can adapt to the influence of external factors in the process of temperature control,the control effect is good,and has strong robustness.
