医患双方对关系就医认知的质性研究

Qualitative Research on the Understanding of Seeking Medical Service through Guanxi between Doctors and Patients

为探究医患双方对于关系就医现象的认识,查阅相关文献资料,对苏州市某三级医院的24名医患人员开展访谈,通过分析后发现医患双方对于关系就医的看法即存在相似的观点也有不同的认识。以社会信任理论为基础,提出了关系就医现象产生的原因主要是由传统文化和医患信任两方面造成,结合宏观社会层面与微观个体层面分析关系就医产生的影响,关系就医一方面挤占有限的医疗资源、冲击医院管理秩序,另一方面使患者接近医学权威,营造良性医患互动。为了构建和谐就医环境,建议重塑医患信任、合理配置医疗资源和发挥陪诊服务功能。

In order to explore the understanding of seeking medical service through Guanxi between doctors and patients,the author consulted relevant literature and conducted interviews with 24 doctors and patients from a tertiary hospital in Suzhou.Similar views and different perceptions were both observed.Based on the theory of social trust,the author proposed that the phenomenon of seeking medical service through Guanxi is mainly caused by traditional culture and doctor-patient trust.Combining the macro-social and micro-individual levels,the author analyzed the impact of seeking medical service through Guanxi.On the one hand,seeking medical service through Guanxi occupies limited medical resources and impacts hospital management order,while on the other hand,it brings patients closer to medical authority and creates a positive doctor-patient interaction.In order to build a harmonious medical environment,it is recommended to reshape doctor-patient trust,reasonably allocate medical resources,and provide accompanying medical services.
