拮抗剂方案新鲜移植周期患者临床妊娠影响因素分析

摘要 目的:探讨拮抗剂方案新鲜移植周期临床妊娠的独立影响因素。方法:根据妊娠结局将拮抗剂方案新鲜周期移植患者分为临床妊娠组和非临床妊娠组,统计两组患者的基本资料、促排卵参数、实验室资料及移植情况。采用logistic回归分析拮抗剂方案新鲜移植周期患者临床妊娠的独立影响因素。结果:两组患者的年龄、HCG日LH水平、成熟卵子数、2PN数、可移植胚胎数、优质胚胎数及移植胚胎数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、HCG日LH水平、优质胚胎数及移植胚胎数是拮抗剂方案新鲜移植周期患者临床妊娠的独立影响因素。结论:女方年龄、HCG日LH水平以及移植胚胎质量对拮抗剂方案新鲜移植周期患者妊娠结局具有较大影响。 Objective:To explore the independent influencing factors of clinical pregnancy in the fresh transplantation cycle of the antagonist protocol.Methods:According to the pregnancy outcome,patients undergoing fresh cycle transplantation with antagonist protocol were divided into clinical pregnancy group and non-clinical pregnancy group.The basic data,ovulation promotion parameters,laboratory data,and transplantation status of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of clinical pregnancy in patients undergoing fresh transplant cycles with antagonist protocol.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,LH level on HCG day,number of mature oocytes,number of 2PN embryos,number of transferable embryos,number of high-quality embryos and number of transferred embryos(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age,LH level on HCG day,number of high-quality embryos,and number of transferred embryos were independent influencing factors for clinical pregnancy in patients undergoing fresh transfer cycles with antagonist protocol.Conclusion:The female age,LH level on HCG day and quality of transferred embryos had great influence on the pregnancy outcome of patients with fresh transplantation cycle of antagonist protocol.
