In the past,the Bagang Company has not formed a systematic management system for fuel consumption,energy structure optimization,carbon reduction and efficiency enhancement in the low-carbon production process.With the proposal of the national carbon peak and carbon neutral development strategy,Bagang,as a large stateowned enterprise,has the courage to assume responsibility,and continues to promote low-carbon metallurgical technology innovation and project demonstration,exploring an important technical route for the realization of China Baowu's"double carbon"goal.This case focuses on the"double carbon"management system and a series of measures taken by Bagang to achieve green and low-carbon transformation and development as soon as possible.This case has certain reference significance for similar enterprises to improve the ability of"double carbon"professional management system.
