摘要
欧冶炉污泥为欧冶炉炼铁过程中产生的固废副产品,其中碳、铁元素含量高,同时含有较高的炼铁有害元素,如锌等。通常需经过脱碳、脱锌等多道工序加工,才能够成为烧结原料,被再次循环利用。八钢欧冶炉工艺技术人员开拓思路,进行工艺创新,将欧冶炉工艺应用在欧冶炉喷吹煤粉中,可充分利用污泥中30%含碳量,以此替代煤粉中的兰炭配比,实现利用欧冶炉系统循环处理工艺来处理厂内堆存的污泥。通过在喷吹煤粉中配加污泥,逐步替代兰炭,利用欧冶炉拱顶区域高温特性(1050~1100℃),实现污泥中碳的再循环利用。通过此项技术攻关,可实现降低欧冶炉燃料比、减少碳排放的目的。
The sludge of European smelting furnace is a by-product of solid waste produced in the process of European smelting furnace,which is high in the content of carbon and iron,and contains high harmful elements of ironmaking,such as zinc.Usually need to decarization,zinc and other processes processing,can become sintering raw materials,be recycled.The technical personnel of the European smelting furnace of Eight steel develop their ideas and innovate the coal in the European smelting furnace,which can make full use of 30%carbon content of the sludge,so as to replace the blue carbon ratio in the coal powder,and realize the use of the sludge stored in the recycling process of the European smelting furnace system.By adding sludge to the sprayed pulverized coal,the sludge is gradually replaced by orchid carbon,and by using the high temperature characteristics of the vault area of the European smelting furnace(1050~1100℃),the recycling of carbon in the sludge is realized.Through this technical breakthrough,the purpose of reducing the fuel ratio and reducing carbon emissions can be realized.
