八钢2500 m^(3)高炉风口中套破损的检漏及养护实践

摘要 A高炉是新疆第一座有效容积为2500 m^(3)的大型高炉,2008年2月28日正式点火投产,2012年4月,第一个高炉风口中套破损,采用新型风口中套破损检漏技术,以及工业水养护等有效措施,确保高炉的顺行、稳定和一代炉龄的长寿。 The Blast furnace A is the first large-scale blast furnace with an effective volume of 2500m^(3) in Xinjiang.It was officially ignited and put into operation on February 28th,2008.In April 2012,the tuyere bushing of the first blast furnace was damaged.Effective measures such as new tuyere bushing damage detection technology and industrial water conservation were adopted to ensure smooth and stable operation of the blast furnace and long service life of the first generation.
