八钢欧冶炉抑制竖炉煤气反窜技术实践

摘要 为了降低八钢欧冶炉煤气反窜的煤气流由气化炉窜入竖炉造成的竖炉粘结的危害,通过在竖炉底部中心设置煤气导入装置,同时在竖炉炉外的脱碳煤气管道上设置脱碳煤气控制装置煤气调节阀。由此控制从脱碳煤气导入装置进入竖炉中心区域的脱碳冷煤气量,改变了竖炉内部的温度场和压力场,达到了防止竖炉粘结的目的,同时也提高欧冶炉的稳定运行生产。另外通过导入脱碳煤气,提高了竖炉DRI(海绵铁)的金属化率,提高欧冶炉的生产效率,降低欧冶炉的燃料比和生产成本。 The article introduces the harm of shaft furnace adhesion caused by the reverse flow of gas from the gasifier into the shaft furnace.By installing a gas inlet device at the bottom center of the shaft furnace and a decarburization gas control device gas regulating valve on the decarburization gas pipeline outside the shaft furnace,the decarburization cold gas flow from the decarburization gas inlet device into the central area of the shaft furnace is controlled,which changes the temperature and pressure fields inside the shaft furnace,The goal of preventing shaft furnace adhesion has been achieved,while also improving the stable operation and production of the European smelting furnace.In addition,by introducing decarbonized gas,the metallization rate of DRI(sponge iron)in the shaft furnace has been improved,the production efficiency of the European smelting furnace has been improved,and the fuel ratio and production cost of the European smelting furnace have been reduced.
