新型电力系统下考虑分布式光伏并网的配电网可靠性评估 被引量:2

摘要 新型电力系统下,大量分布式光伏接入配电网,考虑其出力及负荷的随机特性,须对配电网安全性进行多角度综合评价。针对分布式光伏灵活接入配电网对其可靠性产生影响的问题,首先根据分布式光伏典型的出力特性,建立分布式光伏出力概率的模型。随后,确定光伏并网评估的指标以便对配电网风险进行量化,其中包括电压越限、功率越限及失负荷风险指标。最后在MATLAB仿真平台建立含分布式光伏并网的配电网模型,并考虑不同光伏出力场景、并网方式、并网容量对配电网的影响,对含分布式光伏并网的配电网进行可靠性评估。 Under the background of new power system construction,a large number of distributed photovoltaic power generations(PVs)are connected to the distribution network.In order to solve the problem that distributed PVs flexible access to the distribution network has an impact on its reliability,a distribution network reliability evaluation method considering distributed PVs grid connection was proposed.Firstly,a distributed photovoltaic system was established based on the typical output characteristics of distributed PVs.Then,the indicators of photovoltaic grid-connection assessment were determined to quantify the risks of the distribution network,including the risk indicators of voltage over-limit,power over-limit and load loss.Finally,a distribution network model with distributed PVs grid-connected was established in the MATLAB simulation platform.The reliability assessment of the distribution network with distributed PVs was carried out under the conditions of different photovoltaic output scenarios,grid-connected methods,and grid-connected capacity.
