摘要
随着高参数大容量汽轮发电机组的广泛投运,多转子、长轴系等因素引发轴系不稳定造成的异常振动问题突出,威胁机组安全稳定运行。研究因支撑系统稳定性不足引起机组异常振动的力学特征和处理方法,通过对机组振动数据进行分析,找出导致轴系稳定性下降的原因,结合机组检修对高中压转子扬度进行优化调整,提高轴承在高负荷时的稳定性,采用精准现场高速动平衡方法进一步减小转子激振力,消除机组异常振动故障。试验研究证明该振动处理方法是有效的,可为同类型振动故障的诊断与消除提供参考。
With the extensive operation of high parameter and large capacity steam turbine generator units,shaft instability caused by multiple rotors,long shaft systems,and other factors leads to prominent abnormal vibration problems,threatening the safe and stable operation of the unit.The mechanical characteristics and treatment methods of abnormal vibration caused by insufficient support stability of support system have been studied.Through the analysis of vibration data,the reasons for the decline in shaft system stability have been identified.Optimize the up-rising inclination of HP&IP Rotor during maintenance to improve the stability of bearing under high load.Adopt accurate on-site high-speed dynamic balance method to further reduce the rotor excitation force,eliminate the abnormal vibration fault of the unit.Experimental research has proven that the vibration processing method is effective and can provide reference for the diagnosis and elimination of similar vibration faults..
