摘要
分析火电机组锅炉高温集箱的损伤原因,集箱的应力集中部位承受蠕变-疲劳交互作用,其大直径接管的管孔附近受力复杂,相对于蒸汽管道更容易造成损伤。介绍高温集箱蠕变-疲劳寿命评估的部分国内外标准,对火电机组锅炉高温集箱的寿命评估方法进行总结。以实例说明有限元法在蠕变计算中的应用,并对美国机械工程师协会锅炉压力容器规范的使用以及对集箱的检验提出建议。
The damage cause of high temperature header of power plant boiler is analyzed.It is pointed out that the stress concentration part of the header is subjected to creep-fatigue interaction,and the stress near the hole of the large diameter pipe is complex,which is more likely to cause damage than the steam pipe.Some domestic and foreign standards for creep-fatigue life evaluation of high temperature header are introduced.The life assessment methods of high temperature header of power plant boiler are summarized.The application of finite element method in creep calculation is illustrated with examples,and some suggestions on the application of ASME code and the inspection and testing of header are given.
