Innovation and intellectual property have always been closely related to enterprise practice.Enterprises should formulate intellectual property strategies based on overall business objectives,industry competition environment,development stages,and characteristics.The development of intellectual property rights is also inseparable from the healthy operation of the global and national intellectual property ecosystems,and having a broad perspective of globalization and nationality is essential for building an intellectual property system.The development path of intellectual property in China is full of difficulties.Looking back at the history of human intellectual property development,it can be seen that the current intellectual property system in China has defects such as formal protection and faces challenges from both internal and external sources.We should clarify the standards for strengthening intellectual property protection and China's advantages in global market competition,enhance the competitiveness of enterprise intellectual property,promote industrial integration with intellectual property,eliminate backward industries,and explore innovative protection mechanisms with Chinese characteristics.
