面向深度学习的混合式协作学习模式研究与实践

摘要 针对混合式协作学习存在的机械化混合、低阶化协作等问题,以深度学习为视域,提出了一种基于深度学习的混合式协作学习模式.首先根据该学习模式的定义与界定,提出了其教学流程与框架;然后结合雷达维修工程与性能参数测量课程,提出了教学运用中的关注要点.教学实践表明,应用该模式,学员适应岗位任职的实践技能及团队协作能力明显提升,课程建设质效显著. In order to solve the problems of mechanized blending and low-level cooperation in hybrid cooperative learning,this article proposes a hybrid cooperative learning mode based on deep learning from the perspective of deep learning.Firstly,the paper accords to the definition of learning mode to present the teaching process and framework,and then combines with the course of Radar Maintenance Engineering and Performance Parameter Measurement to raise the key points of concern in teaching application.Teaching practice shows that by applying this model,the cadets’practical skills to adapt to the position and their teaming and collaboration ability have improved significantly,and that the quality and effect of curriculum construction are remarkable.
