TCT与HPV联合检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值探究

Exploration of the Application Value of TCT and HPV Combined Detection in Cervical Cancer Screening in Health Examination

探究了TCT联合HPV检验技术对于宫颈癌疾病筛查中的效果及临床价值。选取北京市顺义区张镇卫生院于2020年1月-2022年1月期间确诊为宫颈.上皮内瘤变的86例患者作为研究对象,将其随机划分为检测组1、检测组2、检测组3。其中,检测组1采用单一的TCT检测,检测组2采用单一的HPV检测技术,检测组3采用的是TCT检测联合HPV检测的方式。比较三组体检人员检测出宫颈癌前病变的检出率。结果显示,单一采用液基薄层细胞检验的检出率数据达到73.265%,采用人乳头瘤病毒脱氧核糖核酸检测的检出率数据为83.72%,而联合液基薄层细胞检验和人乳头瘤病毒检验的确诊率数据为100%。研究表明,临床.上采用液基薄层细胞检验联合人乳头瘤病毒脱氧核糖核酸检测的方式不仅可以提高宫颈癌前疾病的准确性,还可以此为基准,确立治疗的有效方式,保障患者的生命健康。

This paper explored the effectiveness and clinical value of the combination of TCT and HPV testing technology in screening cervical cancer diseases.86 patients diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia at Zhangzhen Health Center in Shunyi District,Beijing from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into testing group 1,testing group 2,and testing group 3.Among them,Test Group 1 uses a single TCT detection,Test Group 2 uses a single HPV detection technology,and Test Group 3 uses a combination of TCT detection and HPV detection.Compare the detection rates of cervical precancerous lesions detected by three groups of physical examination personnel.The results showed that the detection rate data using liquid based thin layer cell assay alone reached 73.265%,the detection rate data using human papillomavirus deoxyribonucleic acid assay was 83.72%,and the diagnostic rate data combining liquid based thin layer cell assay and human papillomavirus assay was 100%.Research has shown that the combination of liquid based thin-layer cell testing and human papillomavirus deoxyribonucleic acid detection in clinical practice can not only improve the accuracy of diagnostic data for cervical precancerous diseases,but also serve as a benchmark to establish effective treatment methods and ensure the life and health of patients.
