某三甲精神专科医院住院患者抗精神病药物使用10年的演变趋势分析

Analysis of the 10-year Evolution Trend of Antipsychotic Drug Use among Hospitalized Patients in a Tertiary Psychiatric Hospital

分析了某精神专科医院住院患者抗精神药物的使用情况及其演变。采用一日法,以6月1日为时间点,分别对上海市精神卫生中心2011年、2016年和2021全部住院患者的抗精神病药使用状况进行调查,并对药物使用趋势及变化进行分析。住院患者的精神疾病种类构成发生了较大变化;新型精神药物种类和使用占比明显增加;精神药物的使用剂量基本都在推荐的安全剂量之内;抗精神病药物单药治疗占比逐渐增加。研究发现,目前临床用药趋势为药物选择更倾向于新型化,多样化,安全性高的抗精神病药物。

Analyzed the use and evolution of antipsychotic drugs among hospitalized patients in a certain psychiatric hospital.Taking June 1st as the time point,a one day survey was conducted on the use of antipsychotic drugs in all hospitalized patients of Shanghai Mental Health Center in 2011,2016,and 2021,and the trend of their use was analyzed.The composition of mental illness types among hospitalized patients has undergone significant changes;The types and proportion of use of new psychotropic drugs have significantly increased;The dosage of psychotropic drugs is generally within the recommended safe dose;The proportion of antipsychotic drug monotherapy is gradually increasing.Research has found that the current trend in clinical medication is towards a more innovative,diversified,and safe use of antipsychotic drugs.
