大学生脂肪肝患者血脂与肝功能检测结果分析

Analysis of Blood Lipid and Liver Function Test Results in College Students with Fatty Liver Disease

分析了大学生脂肪肝患者血脂与肝功能检测的结果及意义。本次研究时间为2020年9月1日-2022年9月30日,经体检并确定为患有脂肪肝的150名大学生患者为观察组,另外,再选择同一时期体检为健康人员的150名大学生为对照组,对上述人员实施超声检查、肝功能指标检测以及血脂指标检查,分析总胆汁酸、总胆红素、天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇检测数据。结果显示,患有脂肪肝的大学生的TBA、TBIL、AST、ALT、GGT指标明显高于健康人员(P<0.05)。研究发现,大学生群体因存在较多不良生活习惯,如晚睡、不吃早饭、不参加锻炼以及饮酒等,故其脂肪肝发生率不断增加。因而,校方领导应予以重视,定期组织学生进行锻炼、饮食培训,提高大学生的自我保健意识,降低起脂肪肝的患病率。

This paper analyzed the results and significance of blood lipid and liver function tests in college students with fatty liver disease.This study was conducted from January 2020.9.1 to September 302022.9.30.150 college students with fatty liver were identified as the observation group after physical examination.In addition,150 collge students who were healthy after physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Ultrasonic examination,liver function index detection and blood lipid index examination were performed on the above personnel,and total bile acid,total bilirubin,aspartate transaminase,alanine transaminaseγ-Glutamyl transpeptidase,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.The results showed that the TBA,TBIL,AST,ALT,and GGT indicators of college students with fatty liver disease were significantly higher than those of healthy individuals(P<0.05).Research has shown that the incidence of fatty liver disease is constantly increasing among college students due to their unhealthy lifestyle habits,such as staying up late,skipping breakfast,not participating in exercise,and drinking alcohol.Therefore,school leaders should atach great importance to organizing regular exercise and dietary training for students,enhancing their awareness of self-care,and reducing the incidence of fatty liver disease.
