智能工器具柜三重身份验证功能的实现

摘要 当前在电厂安全管理工作中,由于受技术水平、保管条件以及工作人员素养等方面因素的制约,大多依旧采用较为陈旧的工器具柜。在老式工器具柜使用过程中,不但占用空间大,且非常容易受到环境温湿度条件的影响,引发绝缘体受潮问题,另外老式工器具柜受到网络软硬件设施的限制,导致其无法连入电厂安全管理系统,给电厂运维工作带来了一定的安全隐患。基于此,文章中设计一种新型的、具备三重身份验证功能的智能工器具柜,可以对柜内温度、湿度进行有效控制,同时还可以连入安全管理系统,实现对各种工器具数量、质量以及性能等方面的全方位监管,更好地保障相关设备安全平稳运行。 In the current safety management work in power plants,due to factors such as technical level,storage conditions,and staff literacy,most of the equipment cabinets are still relatively old.During the use of old-fashioned tool cabinets,they not only occupy a large amount of space,but also are very susceptible to environmental temperature and humidity conditions,causing the insulator to become damp;In addition,due to the limitations of network software and hardware facilities,the old-fashioned tool cabinets cannot be connected to the safety management system of the power plant,which has brought certain security risks to the operation and maintenance work of the power plant.Based on this,the article designs a new type of intelligent tool cabinet with triple authentication function,which can effectively control the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet,and can also be connected to the security management system to achieve comprehensive supervision on the quantity,quality,performance,and other aspects of various tools and instruments,better ensuring the safe and stable operation of relevant equipment.
