基于半导体光放大器的激光器研究进展

摘要 光放大器作为光纤通信中必不可少的器件,促进了波分复用技术的发展,解决了光纤通信的无电再生中继问题。半导体光放大器(SOA)具有宽功率谱、可调谐波长、便于集成等光学特性,在激光器中有广泛的应用。文章介绍了半导体光放大器的激光器的研究进展,并列出了其不同的性能参数,提出了今后在科学创新和技术突破方面的研究重点。 As an essential device in optical fiber communication,optical amplifiers have promoted the development of wavelength division multiplexing technology,and solved the problem of no power regenerative relay in optical fiber communication.Semiconductor optical amplifiers(SOA)have wide power spectrum,tunable wavelength,easy integration and other optical characteristics,and are widely used in lasers.This article introduces the research progress of semiconductor optical amplifier lasers,lists their different performance parameters,and puts forward the research focus on scientific innovation and technological breakthroughs in the future.
