Uneven distribution of medical resources is an important challenge to the goal of the new medical reform.The Second People's Hospital of Yueqing takes people's health as the center and focuses on improving grassroots service ability.Through independent research and development,it builds a hierarchical medical service platform and continuous medical service platform based on residents'health records and effective integration of medical and health business applications.Through real-time communication,medical resource sharing,business collaboration and two-way referral,medical costs have been reduced,medical quality and service efficiency have been improved,and convenient and accurate services for the people have been carried out.
