Satellite communication can provide stable transmission channels in special environments where optical fibers or physical lines cannot reach,and it is widely used in large-scale natural disasters or public accidents.Operators undertake the important mission of national emergency communication,so they have invested huge financial resources and manpower in the satellite emergency communication system and equipment.This paper introduces the relevant construction,operation,maintenance and use of operators'satellite emergency communication system and equipment,summarizes the experience of using relevant emergency communication equipment,and provides experience reference for operators'emergency communication guarantee.
