篮球运动员的个性特征、人际交往能力与团队情感支持关系的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Personality Traits,Interpersonal Competence and Team's Emotional Support of Basketball Players

目的:探究篮球运动员的个性特征、人际交往能力与团队情感支持之间的关系,为提高篮球运动员的团队合作能力提供理论支持。方法:采用问卷调查法、访谈法和实验法等方法。结果发现:篮球运动员个性特征的测量工具需要进一步改进;篮球运动员人际交往能力评估具有较好的拟合度;篮球运动员团队情感支持具有多个核心指标,如情感认同度、情感表达、团队凝聚力等。建议:进一步改进篮球运动员个性特征的测量工具,优化篮球运动员人际交往能力评估模型,深入探索篮球运动员团队情感支持的多个核心指标,并在实战中提升篮球运动员个性与团队共性。

OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore the relationship between basketball players'personality traits,interpersonal competence and team's emotional support,and to provide theoretical support for improving basketball players'teamwork ability.METHOD:The study employed the research methods of questionnaire survey,interview,and experiment.RESULT:The measurement tool of basketball players'personality traits needs further improvement.The assessment of interpersonal competence of basketball players has a good degree of fit.Emotional team support of basketball players has multiple core indicators,such as affective identification,expression of feelings,and team cohesion.SUGGESTIONS:Further improve the measurement tool of basketball players'personality traits;optimize the assessment model of basketball players'interpersonal competence;deeply explore multiple core indicators of team's emotional support for basketball players,and enhance the commonalities shared between basketball players'personalities and the team in real competitions.
