摘要
目的:研究规律性的瑜伽运动对肥胖症患者身体质量指数、体脂百分比及腰臀比的干预作用,为控制肥胖提供理论依据。方法:检索Web of science、PubMed、ELSIVER、Science Direct、中国知网、万方等国内外权威期刊库。最终本研究共纳入8篇文献中的9项研究,共计纳入630名受试者,其中315名瑜伽干预受试者,315名对照受试者。Meta分析结果表明:规律性的瑜伽练习可显著降低肥胖症患者身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分比(%)及腰臀比(WHR)水平(P<0.05);亚组分析结果显示:除WHR外,BMI及体脂百分比对瑜伽运动的干预周期不存在剂量依赖,提示24w以上的瑜伽干预对肥胖症患者WHR的干预作用更为显著(P<0.05)。
OBJECTIVE:The study aims to study the intervention effects of regular yoga exercises on body mass index,body fat percentage and waist-to-hip ratio in obese patients,and provide a theoretical basis for obesity control.METHOD:The national and international authoritative journal libraries were retrieved,such as Web of science,PubMed,ELSIVER,Science Direct,CNKI,Wanfang,etc.This study finally included 9 studies from 8 articles,with a total of 630 subjects,including 315 in a yoga intervention group and 315 in a control group.The meta-analysis results reveal that regular yoga practice can significantly reduce body mass index(BMI),body fat percentage(%)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)levels(P<0.05)in obese patients;and the subgroup analysis results show that:except WHR,BMI and body fat percentage do not have a dose dependence on the intervention cycle of yoga exercise,and yoga intervention for over 24w has a more significant intervention effect on WHR in obese patients(P<0.05).
