体教融合背景下羽毛球后备人才培养研究

A Study of the Training of Badminton Reserve Talents in the Context of Sports-Education Fusion

在体教融合的新发展时期,促进羽毛球人才发展是实现竞技体育战略发展的应有之义。基于此,本研究运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,从竞技体育的视角出发,深入研究体教融合背景下羽毛球后备人才培养的问题。通过阐述体教融合背景下我国羽毛球后备人才培养的内涵,进一步梳理体教融合背景下羽毛球后备人才培养的现存问题与可借鉴经验,深入剖析体教融合背景我国羽毛球后备人才培养优化的路径。研究认为:世界各国的培养模式各具优势,我们应该有选择性地借鉴参考。建议:坚持“健康第一”的思想,助推羽毛球后备人才培养进程,利用社会力量办体育时代势头,推动羽毛球后备人才多元参与,注重后备人才培养体系科学性构建,推动后备人才培养布局系统性发展。

In the new development period of fusion of sports with education,promoting the development of badminton talents is a proper intention to achieve strategic advancement of competitive sports.Given this,this study used literature data and logical analysis method to look into the cultivation of competitive badminton reserve talents in the context of sports-education fusion.The study elaborates the connotation,the existing problems and successful experience as well as the optimising path of the training of badminton reserve talents in China in the context of sports-education fusion.The study arrived at the conclusion that the training models of different countries have their own advantages,and China can selectively learn from them.The researchers proposed the suggestions of;adhere to the idea of“health first”,promote the process of badminton reserve talent training,leverage the momentum of the era by involving social resources in sports,promote diversified participation of badminton reserve talents,follow scientific principles in the building of reserve talent training system,and promote systematic and planned development of reserve talent training.
