基于XML的简易运动员信息管理系统的设计与实现研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究目的:数字化时代,运动队建设应该采用信息化管理手段。运动员信息是运动队管理的基本内容,开发简易的运动员信息管理系统可以让管理工作从繁重的人工作业中解脱出来,并促进形成系统规律的、层级明显的新型管理模式。研究方法:采用文献资料法、实验法设计与实现简易运动员信息管理系统。结果表明:该系统可以解决并处理运动队建设过程中运动员个人信息的数字化管理工作难题,通过对数据的录入、归档、检查、整理,可以实现数据的永久存储、快速更新、多重查阅等功能。同时,该系统降低了人工操作的繁琐性及误差率,提高了数据管理的工作效率,体现了数字化工作对运动队建设与发展的推动作用。结论:选择XML文档作为运动员信息管理系统存储数据介质有明显的层级显示优势,可以非常清晰的甄别元素之间的关系,明确元素与元素子父DOM的关系树结构,DOM4J作为读写XML文件的小型框架,具有操作简单、性能优越的特点。该系统通过测试已基本实现系统预期设计功能,并且保证功能的高可用性;期间,通过查阅报错信息,及时弥补了存在的缺陷。建议:后期系统更新阶段,可以尝试选择能够处理庞大数据量的MySQL数据库作为存储介质,因为当数据量到达一定的峰值时DOM4J处理XML文档中的数据效率会逐渐降低。本系统设计时,未对XML文档做任何约束,以至于用户录入部分数据可以随心所欲,后期系统更新时可以添加DTD或者Schema相关自定义约束,从而提高系统功能的严谨性。 OBJECTIVE:The building of sports teams in the digital era should be integrated into the information management,and the information of athletes is one of the basic operations of the management of sports teams.Development of a user-friendly athlete information management system frees the management from heavy manual work and establishes a systematic and hierarchical management model.METHOD:Literature data and experiment were used to design and implement the user-friendly athlete information management system.RESULTS:The system can solve and deal with the difficult problems in digital athlete information management in the process of sports teams building.It features permanent storage of data,rapid update,multi-access and other functions.It reduces the complexity and error rate of manual operation,improves the efficiency of data management,and embodies the benefit of digital work to the building and development of sports teams.CONCLUSION:XML document as the data storage medium in the athlete information management system has obvious advantages in hierarchical display,which can clearly distinguish the relationship between elements,and make clear the relationship tree structure between elements and their child-parent Dom.As a small framework for reading and writing XML files,DOM4J has the characteristics of simple operation and excellent performance.The system passed the test and basically realized the design functions as expected,and ensures the high availability of the functions.The existing defects were remedied based on error reports.SUGGESTIONS:During system updates at a later phase,MySQL database with massive data processing capacity is recommended as the storage medium because when the amount of data reaches a certain peak,DOM4J will gradually become less efficient at processing data in XML documents.The system is designed without any constraints on XML documents,so that users can enter some data at will.DTD or schema-related custom constraints can be added during system updates so as to improve the rigor of the system function.
