摘要
目的:旨在比较振动泡沫轴滚动与非振动泡沫轴滚动作为热身计划时的效果。方法:以“warm-up”“foam rolling”“vibration foam rolling”为关键词,检索PubMed和Web of Science数据获得22篇相关文献,阅读筛选后最终纳入7篇实验性研究文献。研究结果:与非振动泡沫轴滚动热身相比,振动泡沫轴滚动热身对健康人群髋关节活动度、腘绳肌和足跖屈肌力、腓肠肌弹性的改善效果更佳;同时振动泡沫轴滚动较非振动泡沫轴滚动对压痛阈值和组织硬度改善的持续时间更长,且与静态拉伸结合使用时不受干预顺序的影响。振动对目标肌群的肌肉和筋膜较非振动产生更深层、更广泛的影响,可增加目标肌群运动单位的募集数量、血流量,提高机体温度。由于目前尚未对泡沫轴滚动热身机制以及适宜热身方案形成共识,结合现有研究,建议教练员和运动参与者在热身实践中使用振动泡沫轴滚动替代非振动泡沫轴滚动,以此获得更大的潜在益处。
The objective of this study was to compare the effects of vibrating foam rolling with non-vibrating foam rolling as a warm-up plan.With“warm-up”,“foam rolling”and“vibration foam rolling”or“vibrating foam rolling”as keywords,a total of 22 relevant articles were retrieved from PubMed and Web of Science data,and 7 experimental articles were finally included after screening.The results showed that compared with the non-vibrating foam rolling warm-up,the vibrating foam rolling warm-up had a better effect on hip motion,hamstring muscle and plantar flexor strength,and gastrocnemius muscle elasticity in healthy people.Meanwhile,compared with non-vibrating foam rolling,vibrating foam rolling improved the tenderness threshold and tissue hardness for a longer duration,and was not affected by the intervention sequence when combined with static stretching.Vibration has a deeper and wider effect than non-vibration on the muscles and fascia of the target muscle group,and it can increase the number of motor unit recruitment,blood flow and body temperature of the target muscle group.As there is little agreement on the warm-up mechanism and a proper warm-up solution of foam rolling,it is suggested,based on the previous research findings,that coaches and exercise participants should use vibrating foam rolling,rather than non-vibrating foam rolling,in warm-up practice so as to reap more potential benefits.
