摘要
功能动作是发展消防员基础体能与职业技能的基础。研究对象来自广东省阳江市40名消防员,其中包含中队长组4名(30.75±0.96岁)、班长组13名(24.92±2.57岁)、灭火员组18名(23.67±3.77岁)以及驾驶员组(26.00±2.74岁)。通过对其进行FMS测试和负重类体能测评(60米肩梯跑、100米负重跑、400米物资疏散、负重登楼、搬运折返跑、背负空气呼吸器5000米跑)收集到相关数据,借助灰色关联分析法,探讨其功能动作与负重累体能测评的关联度,以把握两者间的关系。研究结果显示:关节灵活性、稳定性和动作模式与各项消防员的负重类体能项目存在一定的关联。
Functional movement serves as the foundation for developing firefighters’essential physical fitness and professional skills.The subjects of this study were 40 firefighters from Yangjiang City,Guangdong Province,who are formed of 4 squad leaders(age range;30.75±0.96),13 platoon leaders(age range;24.92±2.57),18 firefighters(age range;23.67±3.77),and 5 drivers(age range;26.00±2.74).They underwent FMS testing and weight-bearing physical fitness assessment(60-meter shoulder ladder-carrying run,100-meter equipment-carrying run,400-meter material evacuation,stair climbing while carrying heavy gear,equipment-carrying shuttle run,and 5000-meter run with an air respirator).The data collected was analyzed using the grey relational analysis method.Then,the correlation between functional movement and weight-bearing physical fitness assessment was investigated.The study results indicated that there is a certain correlation between joint flexibility,stability,and movement patterns and firefighters’physical fitness in various weight-bearing activities.
