摘要
卓越工程师培养是高等工程教育高质量发展的重点,越来越受教育界、产业界的重视和关注。卓越工程师教育培养计划已经升级到了2.0版,旨在引导高校持续深化工程教育改革与创新,推进新工科建设发展,提高卓越工程科技人才的培养质量。基于新工科视角,秉承“面向工业界、面向世界、面向未来”的工程教育理念,以产业需求为导向,以工程实际为背景,以工程技术为主线,创建了由课内主体教学、课外科技创新实践、企业工程实践组成的“三位一体”卓越工程师培养模式,使得理论与实践、课内与课外、教学与生产相结合,并从体制机制、培养方案、培养平台、教学方法、师资队伍等方面深化综合改革与创新,着力培养学生的工程能力。
Training excellent engineers is one priority in high-quality development of higher engineering education and has become more and more valued by the education and industry field.The plan for educating and training excellent engineers has been upgraded to the 2.0 version which is aimed at guiding colleges and universities to deepen the reform and innovation of engineering education continuously,to promote the construction and development of new engineering and to improve the training quality of excellent engineering science and technology talents.Based on the perspective of new engineering,adhering to the engineering education concepts of“facing to the industry,the world and the future”,oriented by industrial demand,taking engineering practice as the background and taking engineering technology as the main line,the paper establishes a“trinity”training mode for excellent engineers,which consists of in-class subject teaching,extracurricular scientific and technological innovation practice and enterprise engineering practice,to combine theory with practice,in-class with extracurricular,teaching and production,and deepen comprehensive reform and innovation from the aspects of system mechanism,training program,training platform,teaching method and teaching staff,so as to cultivate students'engineering ability.
